This week for maths we are looking at statistics and sorting. Today we used shapes, we sorted them into 2D shapes, then discussed the other ways we could sort them. We came up with sorting by colour, shape and colour and the first sound of their name.
Then we looked at 3D shapes, we decided to see how many we could name and then went on a hunt to find some of the 3D shapes around the classroom. It was really hard to find any cones and pyramids, can you find those shapes at home?
